I got a call from a previous customer saying her sister was having trouble getting someone in NJ to make the perfect cake for her little man, Deuce. So, I took the challenge to create a 6″ cake with a 3-D motorcycle on top.
This is our vanilla butter cake frosted and filled with our signature French buttercream. The decoration on the cake is done in our hand made white chocolate fondant. The motorcycle is constructed from sugar paste, which is also made in-house.
They loved the cake!
